Yes—mobile appointments are available in Greater Memphis, subject to coverage and availability. We confirm your exact location and quote travel before scheduling.

Do you work on my make?

BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen are our main focus. We also consider supported European vehicles and simpler electrical concerns on other makes. Send your year, make, model, and symptom.

Does a request book an appointment or charge me?

No. We first confirm the service, schedule, and price. Any travel reservation is shown separately; the diagnostic fee is not included in that travel payment.

Can you repair it after diagnosing it?

If the repair is within our supported scope, we’ll explain it and quote it separately. If it needs a different specialist, we’ll tell you.
